5th and 6th Class girls are through to the semi finals of their Primary Schools Gaelic Football league, Corn na Laoch. They will play their semi-final this week so check here for updates.

Poetry Aloud 2012

Poetry Aloud is the annual all Ireland poetry speaking competition organised by the National Library and Poetry Ireland. The competition seeks to celebrate the joy of speaking and listening to poetry. Five first year girls; Amy, Kiya, Mazzy, Caitlin and Hannah and James from second year were accompanied by Miss McIntyre to the National Library of Ireland. Each one recited their poems clearly, with expression and complete fluency. Well done to all involved!

The Magic Flute is cast and rehearsals are underway.  The 'production team' (Trish Bunyan, Susie Spratt , Valerie McGeough and Fran Dempsey) are working towards the show opening in March at the Civic Theatre in Tallaght.
